By opening an account, signing in, or ordering from us through this website, by text or by email, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, and contact us instead.
Who may use it
Our online ordering is for businesses and adults. Accounts are opened after we review them, and we may call you to confirm who you are. You are responsible for everything done under your login. Keep your password private and tell us if it is lost or misused.
Accounts
We may decline, pause or close an account, for example when information is incorrect or payments are overdue. Several people from one business can each have their own login under the same account.
Orders
An order you send is a request until we confirm it. We may adjust or decline an order, for example when an item is not available. Orders sent by 9:00 pm the day before are standard for the next delivery day. Later orders are handled as best we can before the trucks leave, and after that only a courier delivery may be possible, with a courier fee shown before you send. A minimum order amount may apply.
Prices, wild and seasonal items
Prices shown are our prices today and can change. Wild and seasonal items are priced on the day, and the price is confirmed before delivery. Sales tax is added where required.
Delivery
We deliver Monday to Saturday to the areas we serve. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery. Our driver may take a photo as proof of delivery. Check your delivery when it arrives and tell us about any problem the same day if you can, so that we can make it right.
Payment and credit
New accounts pay by card or cash on delivery. Credit terms, such as payment within a number of days, may be offered once we have worked together, and can be changed or withdrawn. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
Problems with an order
Our products are perishable, so we handle problems with a credit, replacement or correction rather than a return. If something is damaged, short or not what you ordered, tell us promptly and we will put it right as appropriate.
Ordering by text
You may order by texting 1-888-855-5905. We read your text and confirm it. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts.
Using the website properly
Please do not try to break into the website, overload it, collect its prices automatically in bulk, or pretend to be someone else.
Our content
The website, our name, logo and content belong to Mushrooms and More Inc. or its parent company and licensors. You may use them to order from us, not to copy or resell.
Limits of our responsibility
The website is provided as available. We work to keep it accurate, but mistakes can happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and using the website after that means you accept the new version.
